| Stephen H. Lucas Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Steve, who leads Fulcrum’s technology selection, development, licensing and patents, joined Fulcrum in 2008 after consulting with us and US Renewables Group for two years. Steve has been instrumental in designing, developing and demonstrating the Fulcrum waste to fuel process from pilot stage to commercial readiness. He has been involved in some of the world’s most prestigious and technically challenging engineering and construction projects throughout his notable four decade-career. As an expert in all aspects of project development and management, he has worked in 33 countries for clients ranging from large international oil companies to global engineering and construction companies, the U.S. and international governments around the world. He received his B.S. in construction from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute. |
