| Jonathan Koch Jon has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2011 and brings significant experience with the renewable energy industry and development stage companies. He has served as Managing Partner of US Renewables Group since 2004, a private equity firm that he co-founded. Prior to US Renewables Group, Jon was Chief Operating Officer for Visible Path Corporation and prior to that he was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sundial Marketplace Corporation. Prior to Sundial Marketplace Corporation, Jon held management positions at General Electric Power Systems and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He serves as a director of Renewable Energy Group, Inc., a biodiesel company, and several private companies. Jon holds a joint M.B.A. and M.S. in Resource Policy from the University of Michigan and a B.A. from Tufts University. |
