The positions will work temporarily at Fulcrum’s demonstration site in Durham, NC and on a long-term basis at the Sierra BioFuels plant.  Occasional travel to the EPC contractor's office during the design phase will also be required.

Both positions require a minimum of 15 years experience in operating or providing technical support in petrochemical, chemical, gasification, natural gas or oil processing facilities, including at least 10 years of progressive supervisory experience.  Experience with initial plant design, construction and startup is highly desirable and a working knowledge of safety and environmental regulations is necessary.  A bachelor degree in chemical or mechanical engineering is preferred; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of an engineering degree.

The position will be located in Pleasanton, CA and will require frequent travel to the EPC contractor’s office.

Requirements:

A bachelor degree in business administration or engineering plus a minimum of 5 years experience in a project controls role within an engineering and construction environment is required.  Refinery or petrochemical industry experience is preferred.
